Applications will close at 17:00 on Tuesday 22nd October 2024.

Transfer to Midleton CBS
The school will accept expressions of interest to transfer into Midleton CBS Secondary School until 31st May each year. A transfer is entry into a year other than 1st year. For applications for 1st Year, see the next section of this page.
To register your son's interest in transferring please click the below image and complete the form.
Before starting the form please ensure you have the following to hand:
- Your son's two most recent secondary school reports on school headed paper. They should be signed by the Principal/Year Head
- Your son's Junior Cycle results (where applicable)
- Current School Information Form completed and signed by your son's current school Prinicpal. The form can be downloaded below.
