India Immersion Team welcome Indian Brothers

The India Immersion Team were delighted to welcome Br. Joel and Br. Placid to the school, yesterday, having first met them earlier this year during the team's visit to Kolkata, India.
Br. Joel, who was Principal of St. George’s School for Street Children when the team visited last February, has since begun work on establishing a new school in an area north of Kolkata.
Br. Placid is currently based at the Edmund Rice Heritage Centre in Waterford.
During their visit, the Brothers met with students and staff and enjoyed a tour of the school. They were presented with school jerseys and some local produce as a token of appreciation.
We extend our sincere thanks to both Brothers for making Midleton CBS part of Br. Joel's first visit to Ireland.
