Senior Art Trip to Brú na Bóinne took place on the 21st of October.
Our senior art students had an inspiring day exploring the incredible passage tombs at Newgrange, Knowth, and Dowth in Co. Meath, some of the most extraordinary examples of prehistoric art in Europe.
From the spiral carvings to the ancient stonework structures, students got a real sense of Ireland’s rich creative heritage and the mystery behind these 5,000-year-old monuments.
A huge thank you to the 5th year and 6th year students who made the trip so memorable, a perfect blend of history, art, and imagination! Thank you to Ms Barrett and Mr Finn for organising.
